Resumen

Mini Chamba es una herramienta para llevar tus emprendimientos de alquiler, venta o servicios: inventario, apartados, pedidos, citas, cotizaciones y cobros. No participa en tus tratos con tus clientes. La página de verificación solo confirma que una cotización la emitió tu cuenta; no garantiza tu servicio ni los pagos, y no manejamos dinero de nadie.
Los primeros 2 meses son gratis. Después pagas Q35 al mes o Q350 al año por Google Play, y cancelas cuando quieras desde Google Play.
Tú eres responsable de lo que alquilas, vendes o haces, tus precios y los datos de tus clientes que anotas. Si subes un logo, tiene que ser tuyo: no puedes usar marcas de otros para parecer otro negocio.
Guardamos tus datos solo para que la app funcione. No los vendemos ni los compartimos para publicidad.
Puedes descargar una copia de tus datos o borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras, desde la app.
Guardamos tus datos el menor tiempo posible: si borras tu cuenta, se borran de inmediato.
Estas reglas de datos son iguales en todos los países. Si la ley de tu país te protege más, también se aplica.

Al crear tu cuenta confirmas que eres mayor de 18 años y que aceptas estos términos y la política de privacidad.

Tus datos

Entras con tu cuenta de Google: de ella guardamos tu correo, tu nombre y un identificador que Google nos da. No vemos ni guardamos tu contraseña de Google. Además guardamos el perfil de tu negocio (incluido el teléfono que pones para tus clientes), tu inventario y tus alquileres, ventas y citas, con el nombre, teléfono y dirección de tus clientes que tú anotas. Si tienes varios emprendimientos (hasta 3), cada uno guarda los suyos. Se alojan en Cloudflare, Inc., cuyos servidores pueden estar en otro país distinto al tuyo; viajan cifrados y les aplicamos estas mismas reglas. No pedimos datos de tarjeta: el pago lo procesa Google Play.

En todos los países

La app no te pregunta tu país: la moneda que eliges solo cambia el símbolo de los precios. Por eso aplicamos las mismas reglas de datos a todas las personas, estén donde estén. Si la ley de tu país te da más derechos, también se aplica, y nada en estos términos te los quita.

Sobre los datos de tus clientes, tú eres la responsable y nosotros solo los guardamos por ti: no los usamos para nada más. Si un cliente te pide ver, corregir o borrar sus datos, lo puedes hacer tú misma desde la app.

Copia de tus datos

Desde la app: Mi cuenta → Descargar mis datos. Baja al momento un archivo para Excel o Google Sheets con todo lo de tus emprendimientos: alquileres, ventas, citas, clientes, inventario y perfil.

Cuánto tiempo guardamos tus datos

Mientras tengas tu cuenta, para que la app funcione. Tú puedes cambiar o borrar cualquier registro, cliente, producto o emprendimiento cuando quieras.
Si borras tu cuenta, se borran de inmediato tu cuenta, tus emprendimientos con su perfil, inventario y registros, y los datos de tus clientes. Pueden quedar en las copias de seguridad automáticas de nuestro proveedor hasta 30 días; después desaparecen para siempre y nadie puede recuperarlos.
Si dejas de pagar tu suscripción, guardamos tu cuenta 30 días por si quieres volver. Pasado ese tiempo la borramos por completo.
Cotizaciones verificables: cada cotización que muestras guarda un resumen (tu negocio, tu @usuario, tu teléfono, lo cotizado, el total y tu link de pago, sin ningún dato de tu cliente) para que tu cliente compruebe en una página pública que es real. Se borra a los 90 días o cuando borras tu cuenta.
Datos técnicos: la dirección de tu conexión, que usamos para evitar que se creen cuentas en masa, se borra en 1 hora. Tu sesión vence a los 180 días o cuando cierras sesión.
Uso de la app: guardamos cuándo la usaste por última vez, cuántos días la has usado y cuántos productos y registros tienes (solo números). Nos sirve para saber si la app funciona y mejorarla. Ahí no aparecen tu nombre, tu negocio ni datos de tus clientes, y se borra junto con tu cuenta.
Sugerencias: lo que nos escribes en el buzón se guarda con el tipo (falla, idea o algo que te gusta) y el módulo donde estabas, para leerlo y mejorar la app. No pongas datos de tus clientes. Se borra junto con tu cuenta.

Borrar tu cuenta

Desde la app: Mi cuenta → Borrar mi cuenta. Si ya no tienes la app, entra a esta página y confirma con tu cuenta de Google. Se borran tu cuenta y todos sus datos.

Summary

Mini Hustle is a tool to run your rental, sales or service businesses: inventory, bookings, orders, appointments, quotes and payments. It takes no part in your dealings with your clients. The verification page only confirms that a quote was issued by your account; it does not guarantee your service or payments, and we don't handle anyone's money.
The first 2 months are free. After that you pay Q35 a month or Q350 a year through Google Play, and you can cancel anytime from Google Play.
You are responsible for what you rent out, sell or do, your prices and the client data you enter. If you upload a logo, it must be yours: you may not use other brands to look like another business.
We keep your data only so the app works. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.
You can download a copy of your data or delete your account anytime, from the app.
We keep your data for the shortest time possible: if you delete your account, it is deleted right away.
These data rules are the same in every country. If the law of your country protects you more, it applies too.

By creating your account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Your data

You sign in with your Google account: from it we keep your email, your name and an identifier Google gives us. We never see or keep your Google password. We also keep your business profile (including the phone number you set for your clients), your inventory and your rentals, sales and appointments, with the names, phone numbers and addresses of your clients that you enter. If you have several businesses (up to 3), each keeps its own. They are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., whose servers may be in a country other than yours; they travel encrypted and we apply these same rules to them. We don't ask for card details: payment is processed by Google Play.

In every country

The app doesn't ask for your country: the currency you choose only changes the price symbol. That's why we apply the same data rules to everyone, wherever they are. If the law of your country gives you more rights, it applies too, and nothing in these terms takes them away.

For your clients' data, you are the one responsible and we only store it for you: we don't use it for anything else. If a client asks you to see, correct or delete their data, you can do it yourself from the app.

Copy of your data

From the app: My account → Download my data. You instantly get a file for Excel or Google Sheets with everything from your businesses: rentals, sales, appointments, clients, inventory and profile.

How long we keep your data

While you have your account, so the app works. You can change or delete any record, client, item or business anytime.
If you delete your account, your account, your businesses with their profile, inventory and records, and your clients' data are deleted right away. They may remain in our provider's automatic backups for up to 30 days; after that they are gone forever and nobody can recover them.
If you stop paying your subscription, we keep your account for 30 days in case you want to come back. After that we delete it completely.
Verifiable quotes: each quote you show saves a summary (your business, your @username, your phone, what was quoted, the total and your payment link, with no data about your client) so your client can check on a public page that it is real. It is deleted after 90 days or when you delete your account.
Technical data: your connection address, which we use to prevent accounts being created in bulk, is deleted after 1 hour. Your session expires after 180 days or when you sign out.
App usage: we keep when you last used the app, how many days you've used it and how many items and records you have (numbers only). It helps us know whether the app works and improve it. Your name, your business and your clients' data don't appear there, and it's deleted along with your account.
Suggestions: what you write in the suggestion box is kept with its type (bug, idea or something you like) and the module you were in, so we can read it and improve the app. Don't include your clients' data. It's deleted along with your account.

Delete your account

From the app: My account → Delete my account. If you no longer have the app, go to this page and confirm with your Google account. Your account and all its data are deleted.
